We seem to have cracked that elusive solution for a proper integrated annual report. The common practice is to publish the annual report and the sustainability report as two separate documents. Even if it is bound in one book, they usually tend to be sharply demarcated. We have integrated these two in a seamless manner. We start the annual report with the company's strategy and show how it is aligned to meet the needs of its various stakeholders. We then report on both the sustainability aspect and the intellectual capital management and financial capital management aspect concurrently. Therefore, if you take a stakeholder group like customers for instance, from a sustainability point of view, we are reporting on things like product responsibility, customer health & safety, customer privacy etc. At the same time, from an intellectual capital management point of view, we are reporting on things like number of customers, strength and duration of customer relationships, profile of customer base etc. These two aspects are interrelated and form one seamless story. It is the same approach that we have adopted throughout this report.
