If the client is a manufacturer of a handy, colourful, scented, and textured product, and the client is a global market leader in that product, the old adage 'a picture is worth a thousand words' gets replaced by a 'sample of the product is worth a thousand pictures'. Pride of place is given to an actual physical sample of the product in the annual report!
